Today marks one year open in our new location. Since the day we opened those double-wide glass doors, it’s been one heck of a ride. I think it goes without saying that our first year has been one to remember.
As a husband and wife team, we’ve committed our lives to our business and to our community. It’s been incredibly rewarding and incredibly challenging. The rewards have far outweighed the challenges and we have all of you to thank for that.
Thank you for being a part of our journey.
When the going gets tough you make us tougher. And when the going gets great, you make it greater. You’re the icing on our carrot cake.
And to our staff, you deserve so much recognition.
You are the backbone of our business. You put in long hours and never fail to give one hundred and ten percent. Thank you, thank you, thank you Team Bistro for being Rockstars.

We’re not going to make proclamations for the years to come.
If the year has taught us anything, it’s that we take each day one at a time, be overjoyed to have them at all, and to be able to share each one of them with you. We will continue to grow, adapt, fail and succeed for as long as we possibly can.
