Le Cordon Bleu-trained Master Chef Dennis Cavitt’s specialty: Smoked brisket, ribs, and chicken. Smoked on-site and curated with his proprietary blends of rubs, spices, & sauces.

Custom Burgers & Sandwiches

Our burgers are made with all-natural, certified black angus choice chuck. All our sandwiches are sourced locally. They even taste better than they sound.
